i should have kept quiet

how to put your thoughts on paper

and i came up with some bullshit
about tactful metaphors
i hope you can forgive me
those were foolish words

i should have told you
just to write what you believed
to be honest with your feelings
not caring how they are received
in small details
the greatest love song can be conceived
if it's from the heart
